If i could give 0 stars I would. Jazmin an employee was extremely disrespectful. I asked for the Herb chicken to be removed from my bowl after seeing the disappointing portion size. She rolled her eyes and from the beginning had attitude. The manager as well was unprofessional. I understand working at fast food can be a struggle but if you are that miserable then quit!

Salad of all kinds, made salad ideas or make your own. Satisfy even the pickiest eater. Health, big portions, great price, where can you go wrong. You can't go wrong here. We need more health salad stores like this. 👍 I love this place and being on a diet it may be my go too for a while. In Lynnfield Market place. Rocks

I used to have good experiences at this restaurant, but they messed up both items the last time I was here, and one of two items the time before that (and not small errors -- fundamental errors including missing the lone protein in the meal or the rice base). I decided to email the store for a refund after this latest experience, as email is the only way to contact them, and the customer service team is currently trying to insist that I am only due a pro-rated refund on the missing value of the ingredients. Dealing with this place is just an unbelievable waste of time and energy.

usually have an okay experience with sweetgreen, but today i got my bowl and ate half of it before realizing there was a large beetle in the salad. i’m seeing other reviews complain about worms, so now im freaking out about that… not even trying to leave a bad review out of anger i’m just scared.

$20 for 90% lettuce and 10% tasteless, skimpy toppings. I had the Fish Taco salad. I tasted no fish, no sauce, no anything really. It tasted like cabbage topped with water. I ate the whole thing then went across the street and bought an actual meal. I'm about the opposite of a foodie so it's difficult to lowball my expectations. Sweetgreen pulled it off. I cannot think of anything positive about the place but a 95 lb vegan might.

I get lunch at this location every day - the people are amazing and the food is spectacular! Highly recommend the Chicken Pesto Parm bowl, but everything else is great as well!
